Gord was overheard afterwards saying that “the only reason he threw his first match loss was to increase his odds and profit potential for the rest of his matches” and that he was considering dragging out his match with Marcus Frew so the winter climate allowed rust to set in on the loss-less, John Faris’ clubs and joints.
