Yardley needs only one rusty prosthetic knee to take down Chris Begg in match play

The A Flight match play final pairing is set with Kris Yardley returning from injury to take down Chris Begg 3&2. Yardley argued for more strokes due to his one month injury lay-off and then proceeded to make 6 birdies. We think a couple of doubles to start off would have formed a better narrative for the extra strokes. Yardley will now face Ron Dunsire in the final looking for retribution after Dunsire handed him his only loss in the competition. At dinner last night both were overheard whining for less strokes due to injury or more strokes due to lack of distance and word has it that Yardley may be rigging some kind of pully apparatus so Dunsire engages his lower body during his swing. We will let you know how it all works out with the final scheduled for next week. Updated brackets on the Match Play page.
