The Men’s, Senior Men’s and Ladies Clubs have organized a fabulous Year End Banquet on Saturday, Oct 21st, 2023. A festive evening celebrating a year of friendly competition and memories made with friends and colleagues. The Year End Banquet will include a delicious Buffet Dinner, a Professional DJ & Dancing! The best part is that for Men’s, Ladies and Senior Men’s Club Members who qualify there is NO-COST to attend (see qualification below)! Please register for you and your guests as soon as possible as you don’t want to miss out!
Event Details
Who: ALL members are welcome and encouraged to join in the fun!
- For Men’s Club members, if you paid the prepaid tournament fee at the beginning of the season this event is at No-Cost. (YEP, you read it correctly, FREE)
- For Senior Men’s Club members, if you paid the prepaid tournament fee or played in at least 24 of the events this event is at No-Cost (YEP, you read it correctly, FREE)
- For Ladies Club Members, if you paid the prepaid tournament fee or have played in at least 3 of the tournaments, you are also FREE
- For all other members, the cost is only $75 (tax and gratuity included)
- All members are welcome to bring a guest as their plus one. Guests are at a cost of $75 (tax and gratuity included)
*Please note that the Year End Banquet will have a cash bar.
When: Saturday October 21st doors open at 6:00pm – dinner starts at 7pm

- For all members that do not qualify as per the bullet points above, please pay $75.00 each for you and your plus one via e-transfer or cash to either Brian Atkinson at atki@shaw.ca or Lory Walton at MGLadiesClub mgladiesclub2@gmail.com
IMPORTANT: Please make payment by September 30th. If you don’t pay by the 30th we unfortunately will have to give up your spot. Also, no refunds past September 30 because we are on the hook for the cost. We are expecting over 120+ people so space is limited. We suggest you register yourself and / or your guest as soon as possible.
