Like the mail, neither rain, hail, wind or snow will keep the Men’s Club events from going forward.
51 dedicated die hard golfers reluctantly teed the ball up on Saturday and toughed out 18 holes of golf in a variety of weather conditions. The early players got the rain and the wind, the later players got rain, sunshine and hail. The 6th, 7th and 8th greens were covered. Putting was a bouncy bouncy roll and hope.
The Men’s Club Executive would like to thank everyone who showed up and gave it a go. The players at this club are a very dedicated bunch and to get that many out in the type of weather conditions that prevailed on Saturday shows just how committed Men’s Club members are. You all deserve a well done gentlemen and a thank you.
