Fellas,
There are some housekeeping details to go over leading up to the weekend. We will be resending an updated tee sheet tonight, please notify me via text if you will not be able to attend. We have had a few cancellations and some groupings have changed. Expect more changes to your times and playing partners as the week moves on. We have to make moves/changes with players in each flight and add members on the waitlist causing the tee sheet shuffle. Sundays tee time is an 8:00 shotgun start, let’s keep up with pace of play.
Unfortunately due to maintenance and other issues out of our hands, we will be collecting scorecards in the downstairs members lounge for both days. They will have the patio set up with the large tent and we have been guaranteed multiple TV’s with soundbars to watch the Masters live, post rounds. There will also be a hamburger buffet with salads and fries on Sunday as well as a Master’s Special menu on Saturday. The Hamburger buffet will be $22 and the Master’s menu will be special pricing. The chef will be sending the menu this week, we will forward it once we get it.
Each flight will play off of different tee boxes. Championship will play Blues, A Flight plays Hybrids and B Flight plays Whites.
Unless something crazy changes in the weather, we will be playing ball down except in the bunkers. All bunkers will be lift, clean rake and place.
PACE OF PLAY
We need to keep up with the group ahead. If you fall behind, play ready golf and send players who have putted out to the next tee box.
If your group gets a warning from the Marshall’s, that is official notice and you need to catch up. If you get a 2nd or more warnings, your group or individuals in your group WILL BE penalized 1 stroke minimum.
Before submitting your scorecards, each player needs to review the scores with your playing partner and sign your cards. Once cards are signed, they are official and those scores will be submitted into golf genius.
