Now that the Men’s Club tournament slate is in full swing, we would like to take the opportunity to explain a very special award that is periodically presented to a Men’s Club player who demonstrates an accomplishment above and beyond what is covered in the tournament awards. The latest recipient of this award was Danny Koriath who demonstrated the highest tournament delta on record between a front and back nine going 39/61 for a 22 stroke disparity. Accomplishments like this, as most of us can attest, are an unfortunate reality in golf and therefore, worthy of acknowledgement.
