2024 MASTERS RESULTS

Good evening gentlemen,

Thank you for everyone that participated in The Masters over the weekend. The Golf Gods surely blessed us with two days of sunshine before the aeration starts tomorrow.

Our overall Masters Champion is Kris Yardley with a fine total of even par for the weekend. We promise to order a larger size jacket for 2025 if Kris is fortunate enough to repeat. Runner-up in the Championship Flight was Shawn Williams, and taking home 3rd place was Mark Heinrich. On the net side of things, Minto Roy was top dog and was beautifully serenaded at the prize presentation for his efforts. Runner-up was Steve Pannu, and third place went to Michael Uhm.

Your 2024 Masters Champion in the A Flight is Jason Leithead, who cruised to victory with some very solid play over the two days. Runner-up on the gross side was Glenn Tanaka, and third place went to James Ford. On the net side, Steve “was that a curb” Coppin emerged victorious and is turning into a human ATM machine this season. Your runner-up on the net side was Dan Lafleur, and third place honors went to Ralph Altenried.

The B Flight came down to the final few holes to decide the champion, but eventually Sad Thiara donned the green jacket in pure splendor. Don’t be surprised if we see Sad in green and yellow for the remainder of the year. Runner-up on the gross side was Ally Janmohamed, and third place went to Tavis Craik. On the net side, our champion was Rod Hughes, runner-up was Sam Gandesha, and third went to Keith Gill.

We are taking a break from the Men’s Club while the course recovers from the aeration, but look forward to hosting our “Thankful for Golf” 4-Man Scramble Kickoff event on Saturday, May 4th. If you haven’t registered, we have limited spots open and don’t forget we are buying you dinner after the round!

Congratulations to all of our winners today!
