First of all, thank you to everyone that came out and participated today in a new format for 2024. There was a large number of you that blinded their playing partners and wore shorts, but reaped the rewards on the back 9.
The Championship Flight was won with some stellar play from Brad Urton and Jake Phillips with a fine round of -2. Kris Yardley and Jimmy Choi were 2 shots back at even, and Jordan Leck and Minto Roy rounded out the prizing with a 77.
The A Flight was a dog-fight as usual, but coming out on top was Dan Lafleur and Andy Wingrove with a great round of +1. Jason Leithead and Dennis Thompson were one shot back at +2, and our trusty treasurer Adam Hendrickson and Ken Nishi took home third with a round of 77.
The B Flight was intense, but the champs were Glenn Shapendonk and Angelo Viani with an excellent round of 77. Based on retrogression, Keith Gill and Harry Vivian walked away with second place with a 78, and Victor Omaye and Steve Quinn took home third place honors.
