The Gritish Open is going to live up to its name with conditions being wet and difficult. This type of tournament is meant to play ball down, regardless of the weather conditions. It will be the same for everyone, remember that.
Each group has KP’s and general rules for this tournament attached to their scorecards (in the pro shop).
We are playing ball down (Summer Rules). Any balls plugged, you may clean the ball and drop ball within a club length from where the ball was embedded, no closer to the hole. If your ball is in standing water, find relief no closer to the hole . In all bunkers, you may lift, rake and place ball. Do not clean ball. In some bunkers, there might be standing water. If there is no relief inside of bunker, drop ball outside of bunker, no closer to the hole.

Champ- 7th hole, A flight- 17th hole, B flight- 4th hole, EVERYONE- 13th hole
Remember, this is supposed to be a challenging tournament, in tough conditions.
