Fellas,
This Wednesday June 10th, we are coordinating “ Divot Day”.
If you have time, please consider giving 15-30 minutes back to the golf course. These holes are in very bad shape, and we can make a huge difference to the overall condition of the fairways. Summer rules are in effect and we’ve all held our breath walking up to our ball on 18 and 14, praying to not be in a divot.
We had to cancel this event last year but the previous year, we had over 60 members show up and help out. Our superintendent, Richard will arrange for a Gator filled with SEED and sand to be placed on the island on 18. If we have good attendance, we will head to the fairway near 100 yard marker on 14. There will be carts available to get out to the 18th hole and 14th hole.
Registration link will be below. If you are planning on coming out, please arrive between 6:45am and 7:00am. Grab a cart and go to the island on 18. If we do not have enough members registered, we will have to cancel .
