Fellas,
Due to the anticipated wet conditions on the course and in the bunkers, we will be implementing lift clean and place from tee to green (not in the staked hazards or fescue). You may improve your lie within 1 scorecard length, no closer to the hole and on the same cut. You may not move from rough to fairway and vice versa.
You may rake all bunkers and place ball but do not rake the bunker to make a tee to place your ball onto. Balls must be placed inside a bunker where the sand is raked smooth. If there is standing water in the entire bunker, you place the ball, no closer to the hole nearest point of entry outside of said bunker.
If your ball or stance is affected by standing water, you get relief no closer to the hole, 1 club length. This is only available while in the fairway, rough, bunker or on a green. If you are in a penalty area or fescue, you get no relief and cannot lift , clean and place.
Always ask your playing partners before taking any sort of relief. This will protect you and the field from any controversy.
